He is Lord
These are some of the most stunning verses in Scripture; the fact that everyone throughout the world will someday bow the knee to the coming King is thrilling and frightening and humbling.

Philippians 2:9-11—“Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father”

When time has reached her fullness
And the trumpet sounds the call,
Jesus will appear in glory,
King of kings and Lord of all
Every nation under heaven
Every ruler, great and small
Every man, woman and child will see it all.

Then a sound will start to swell
From every corner of the land
All together, with one voice,
And under one command
Even those who never knew Him
Will declare His name
Eyes open wide in wonder, they’ll proclaim

He is Lord; He is Lord
Every tongue will confess, He is Lord
He is Lord; He is Lord
Every tongue will confess, He is Lord
At the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow
Every tongue confess, He is Lord

The Lord of all creation
Will come to call His own
The ones who loved Him with their lives
Longing to come home
As His bride is standing ready,
He will greet her face to face
And she’ll drop down to her knees in praise

He is Lord; He is Lord
Every tongue will proclaim, He is Lord
O, He is Lord; O, He is Lord
Let my tongue proclaim, He is Lord
At the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow
Every tongue confess, He is Lord
He is Lord; He is Lord
Every tongue will confess, He is Lord
